| Finger Mouse are a four piece rock/pop covers band specialising in providing music for functions, parties, corporate events, weddings, university balls, pub/club gigs and acoustic nights.
Finger Mouse offer bespoke sets as their repertoire comprises of around 8 hours of classic hits from 50’s rock n roll to modern pop with everything in between. They will also be able to play any specific songs that you may want at your event if you request it beforehand.
Finger Mouse also offer a three-piece ‘unplugged’ service and a two-piece acoustic service if you require a more laid back atmosphere.
Three of the band members have music technology BA Honours degrees. They have all been performing live for different bands, studio sessions and song writing since a young age. The lead singer, Pete started his musical career as a classical musician trained in concert piano and Spanish guitar; this gained him a music scholarship at the age of 13. The lead guitarist, Mike was a finalist at ‘Guitarist’ magazine’s ‘Young Guitarist of the Year’ competition at the age of 13, he now does session work as well as song writing with Pete. Richard, the drummer, has been in another band performing their own music for the last 7 years and James, the bassist as well as performing for Finger Mouse produces dance music.
Previous clients include Ski resort companies and hotels such as Lattitudes Hotels (Les Arc 1800, France), Le Farinet Hotel (Verbier, Switzerland) and Arc 1950 (France). They have performed at college and university freshers weeks and balls for the Feathers Charity Ball at The Ministry of Sound and Hamersmith Palais, Kate Kennedy Ball for St. Andrews University - alongside Goldie Lookin’ Chain - and the Magdelene College Ball. They have also performed at bars and pubs owned by Mitchell & Butlers and London Hotels such as the Baglioni and the Dorchester.
